Orange Caramel - Lipstick M/V Outfit [TS4]

HI EVERYONE

I'm so obsessed with this girl group called Orange Caramel that I just needed to do something that they used, so here it is! This is a... well, I don't really know what this look is, but it's a mini skirt with a blue belt, a short, a tie and a shirt under a top (i guess? lol) ~~ooh that's a lot of pieces together but anyway~~.
